“10ms can change your life” - This film is a journey of Julian Clavijo in Australia; an artist and an immigrant. After participating in the Costa Rica national swimming team and losing his chance to be in the Costa Rica Olympic swimming team for the Beijing 2008 Olympics by just 10ms, he decided to move to Australia to study English. This is how the Artist was born.
